学生会办公室在学校领导教师的指导下，在团总支的带领下，在各部门协助下，基本上完成了本学期的工作，学生会办公室本学期作了如下工作：
1.传达通知相关会议召开的时间、地点，做好会议点到和会议记录工作，本学期共召开16次例会。
2.绘制表格，在每月月末做月末统计，填制“经济系学生会干部月份综合考核表”这份表由例会，晨跑，“111”计划三份数据统计填制;填制“经管系各班级活动综合评比表”这份表由系博客发表得分、卫生评比平均分，纪律平均分，奖励附加分，四项数据统计填制。
本学期，我们将9月，10月，11月份的“经管系学生会干部月份综合考核表”“经管系各班级活动综合评比表”张贴公布。9月份获得第一名是：09物流2班，第二名是09电会1班，第三名是10电会3班，09电会3班，11月份获得第一名的是09物流1班，第二名10物流2班，第三名09电会1班，在此也多谢相关部门及时供给的信息数据。
3.收齐各部门写的相关资料，11月份收齐各部门本学期工作计划，11月末收齐关于明年读书会策划书，并将资料整理归档。
4.完成主席分配的其他工作。
5.协助其他部门工作，10月12日协助完成“我的一家”PPT大赛。10月27日协助完成第二届大型刺绣展，11月9日，协助完成“毕业杯”篮球赛，11月29日至12月4日协助完成“新星杯”辩论赛。12月27日协助完成“迎新”跳绳比赛等一系列活动。
