让生命之花常开不败
岁月如梭，时光荏苒。恍眼间，我的第一届学生即将面临高考。然而，前两天，我的两个学生找到我，畅谈心事之时，很是为他们迷惘，彷徨甚至放弃的思想担心。可能，他们在学习之中遇到一些痛苦和挫折的缘故吧！当时，我劝慰道："没有人一辈子都是一帆风顺的，遇到挫折，应该冷静思考，找出问题所在，而不是放弃，记住，路是自己闯出来的，没有人能放弃你，只有你自己"。
是呀！人的一生不知要面对多少痛苦与挫折，都是在痛苦与挫折中慢慢成熟。我想，成功人士与失败之人的差别在于对痛苦与挫折的态度吧！有的人能直面挫折，化解痛苦。而有的人却常常夸大挫折、放大痛苦。不一样的人生之旅，而要让我们心里的戈壁荒原开满鲜花，就只有直面挫折，而不是放大痛苦。我们的沈老便是最好的明证
人们常说，风雨过后，面前会是鸥翔鱼游的天水一色，荆棘过后，面前会是铺满鲜花的康庄大道。既然如此，我们还有什么理由放大痛苦。生命是一朵常开不败的花，那挫折必是滋润花的养分，没有经历过挫折的人生是不完整的人生，没有滋润它养分的花迟早也会枯萎。一枚贝壳不是要用一生的时间才能将无数的沙粒转化成并不规则的珍珠吗？雨后彩虹绽放刹那的美丽却要积聚无数的水汽。如果把这些都看成一次又一次挫折，那么是挫折成就了光彩夺目的珍珠和美丽的彩虹。
冰心说："成功的花儿，人们只惊羡它现时的美丽。当初它芽儿浸透了奋斗的泪水，洒遍了牺牲的细雨。"
