自我介绍时需要注意以下几点：

1、前二分钟的自我介绍是面试成败的关键，时间控制十分重要。防止将自我介绍进行得时间太长，让考官产生厌倦感。清华大学的考生更要有时间观念，不要短于2分钟，也无论如何不要超过4分钟。

2、自我介绍不等于你所在的公司或创业发展的介绍。主语是“我”，要着重讲自己在公司中的工作内容、经历、业绩等。切勿变成“公司史”的宣讲和业务介绍。

3、回答问题最好直接切入要点，正面回答问题，要提高语言的“纯度”凝炼、清晰为最佳。不要经过大篇幅的背景介绍或论证再提出自己的观点或回答问题。

4、要突出自身适合读MBA的优势。如果实在没有优势，至少要有明确的偏好或兴趣。既不要对学习管理知识的态度十分漠然或自卑，也不要表现成“全能”或“多面手”，无法突出重点。

5、个性突现或热情的表达要在面试中保持一致，自我评价要明确和客观，并且要言之有理，有事例等于以佐证。这个需要预先写好自我介绍作文一防万一。

6、坐姿端正，手势大方，防止颤抖、摇晃、舔嘴唇等习惯动作。

性格和社团活动：我性格比较开朗随和，乐于与人沟通，做事也很踏实认真。我在学校的社团联合会待过一年，曾参与组织过鹰翔计划等活动，就是针对学生社团各个负责人进行户外培训的拓展营活动。大二暑假参加学院组织的暑期三下乡活动，担任义教老师，这次经历让我印象深刻。

当时我们由一名老师带领，组成33个人的团队，一起讨论备课和课后总结，组织学生做游戏，一起做饭和生活等等，是特别团结和互相帮助的一个团队，三下乡也取得了特别好的效果，跟那些孩子相处很好，结下了很深的情谊。而且我很乐于为别人服务，做过广交会志愿者，而且担任班级素拓委期间，不厌其烦地通知和统计同学参加的活动情况，几乎没出过错，大家对我的评价是很细心很负责。
