低碳生活、绿色出行,减少碳排放是节能、环保、绿色、生态、健康的一种生活方式,是改善我们的生活环境,享受美好人生的一种愿望。为了我们_x更加靓丽,为了我们生活更加幸福、环境更加美好,我们向全局干部职工倡议:

一、争做低碳生活、绿色出行的宣传者。低碳生活无处不在、无处不有。我们倡议全局干部职工学习掌握、宣传低碳知识,提高低碳意识,树立低碳理念,倡导低碳生活;向身边人宣传开展“低碳生活、绿色出行”的意义和方式,带动更多的人参与到行动中来。让我们的家园多一片蓝天,多一丝绿色,多一路畅通,多一些文明。

二、争做低碳生活、绿色出行的践行者。我们倡导全局干部职工积极参与“低碳生活,绿色出行”活动,特提出如下倡议:

(一)居住在城区范围内的干部职工在不影响上、下班制度前提下,根据自身的身体素质选择步行或骑行的方式出行。

(二)根据天气情况,在保障人身安全,不影响交通的前提下,每天下午下班后,由“低碳绿色骑行俱乐部”组织在城区车辆较少的路段骑行1小时。

(三)本年度选择步行或骑行的出行方式,沿永定河、大清河、引清东干渠等河堤,组织2次以上的河流生态环境巡查活动。

(四)利用周六、日组织一次远距离骑行,到周边县、市参观绿化、生态、污染治理的工程项目,并交流工作经验。

(五)每周五设立为“无车日”。在不影响工作和生活的前提下,全局干部职工不使用机动车。集中执法行动或上级安排的集中活动除外。

三、争做低碳生活、绿色出行的倡导者。我们倡议全局干部职工树立“能走不骑,能骑不坐,能坐不开”的出行理念,自觉遵循“低碳生活,绿色出行”倡议内容,尽可能采取乘坐公交车、骑自行车或步行等出行方式为广大居民作出表率。

繁忙的道路,城市的未来,也许将从这一刻开始,更加通畅,更加光明!

现在经过几年的改造终于变成了如今这付模样:万里无云时,天空映得河水碧蓝,当太阳出来时又把河水照得闪闪发光。由于两岸的树木茂盛,珍稀的鸟儿也来这嬉戏。浑河水哺育了700多万人民。这成了沈阳一道亮丽的风景。为了我们的母亲河,为了我们的环境,我建议大家:

1、不往浑河里乱扔垃圾、倒污水、洗衣服等。

2、不破坏浑河的公物。

3、不捕浑河里的鱼儿和鸟儿。

4、开展“保护母亲河---共建绿色家园”义卖,将所得钱都用来维护浑河。

General Introduction

I am a third year master major in automation at Shanghai Jiao TongUniversity, P. R. China. With tremendous interest in Industrial Engineering, Iam writing to apply for acceptance into your Ph.D. graduate program.

Education background

In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology(NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. Duringthe following undergraduate study, my academic records kept distinguished amongthe whole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester,In 1999, Igot the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admissiontest.

At the period of my graduate study, my overall GPA(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5%in the department. In the second semester, I became teacher assistant that isgiven to talented and matured students only. This year, I won the AcerScholarship as the one and only candidate in my department, which is theultimate accolade for distinguished students endowed by my ently, I am preparing my graduation thesis and trying for the honor ofexcellent Graduation Thesis.

Research eXPerience and academic activity

When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began tonarrow down my interest for my future research. With the tool of OpenGL andMatlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. Itis now widely used by different research groups in NUST. I assumed and fulfilleda sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. Thiswas my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory andeXPerience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future researchinterests include: Network Scheduling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research(especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network.

菁菁校园,学习圣地,靠我们共同呵护,才有其欣欣向荣;莘莘学子,优良学风,靠我们孜孜追求,才有其硕果累累;师生和谐,崇德尚纪,靠我们言行相随,才有其蔚然成风。文明是人类进步的标志,作为知识殿堂的学校,校园文明更应该走在社会的前列,为此,我们应做到:

1.仪表文明:作为富有朝气的学生,仪表服饰应与自己的身份匹配,不追求名牌服装,不过于花哨,不烫发、染彩发,不佩戴首饰。男生不留女性发,女生不留齐眉过耳刘海。讲究个人卫生,生活俭朴,服饰大方,着装整洁,形象健康。

2.语言文明:大力推广“请”、“您好”、“对不起”、“谢谢”、“再见”等礼貌语言,不骂人、不说脏话、大话、假话。

3.行为文明:遵守社会基本道德规范,遵守学校各项规章制度,自觉维护教学和生活秩序,不在教学区、生活区大声喧哗、吵闹,不在校园里使用手机、MP3、MP4等电子产品,不虚荣、不攀比、不吸烟、不酗酒、不赌博、不观看和传播反动和淫秽制品,不参与任何邪教组织,不与社会上不务正业的人来往。

4.交往文明:同学之间、师生之间学会相处,尊敬老师,团结同学,男女同学间要坦诚交往、礼貌交往、理智交往,旗帜鲜明地反对不文明交往的倾向和行为。

5.用餐文明:遵守用餐秩序,排队就餐,不推搡不拥挤,尊重食堂职工,珍惜粮食,不乱抛剩饭剩菜,不带水带饭上教学楼。

6.环境文明:爱护校园的公共设施和一切公共财物,爱护校园的一草一木,爱护文明整洁的校园环境,不随地吐痰,不乱抛瓜皮果壳,不乱掷食品包装袋,自觉向“白色污染”宣战。争做良好卫生习惯和文明行为的宣传员,同时也是不良行为的监督员,对别人丢弃的垃圾、塑料袋等要主动捡拾,对破坏校园环境的行为要进行劝说和制止,对影响校园环境的卫生死角要主动清理。

7.学习文明

树立正确的人生观、价值观和学习观,自立自强,主动学习,强化时间观念,不迟到早退旷课,自觉遵守课堂纪律;合作学习,虚心求教,务实精进;讲究诚信,以正确的心态对待考试,将考试舞弊作业抄袭行为驱逐出校园外。
