什么是人生?这是一个没有标准答案的问题。不同的人永远都有不同的答案。
家庭主妇说：“人生就是柴米油盐。”
老人说：“人生就是苦辣酸甜。”
热血青年说：“人生就是机遇、拼搏、成功。”
受伤的人说：“人生就是血泪的凝结。”
忧郁的人说：“人生就是无常的聚散离合。”
那么，属于我的答案又是什么呢?良久，苦涩不禁溢出了我的嘴角：我的人生已经开始了十七个春秋，而我始终不知它是什么，这实在让人觉得悲哀。
我还没有为人生下定义的资格。我所能说的，仅仅是“人生像什么”。
我觉得人生就像一片雪花，在最初由水形成之时，便注定了还化成水的命运。可是，并不是每片雪花都可以等到阳光的自然摧化，因为“雪花”实在太过脆弱，往往一个“顽童”的体温便足以摧毁她。于是，我说：“人生就像阳光下的雪花，逃脱不了‘融化’的命运。”
我觉得人生就像一支蜡烛，从一开始点燃，就注定了最终毁灭的命运。可是并不是每一支蜡烛都可以等到蜡尽火熄的时刻，因为“火花”实在太过脆弱，往往一缕“清风”便足以毁了她。于是，我说：“人生就像风中的蜡烛，永远危机四伏。”
此刻，我想以我尚不成熟的思想给人生下一个不成熟的定义。其实，人生就是一个云里雾里探索的过程;人生就是一个从诞生走向毁灭的冒险旅程……但是，正如一本书上说的：“人生苦短，但却正因为人生的短暂，才促使人认识到自身的渺小，才会有奋斗的激情，才会有劳动与创造的紧迫感，才会有更多的爱心去对待那些被沉重的人生弄得痛苦不堪的人们，以无限的温柔彼此相携、相爱。”

我曾经说过，每一个人的出生就是一段悲剧。为什么这么说，也许是我看透了这世界给我的东西。我，也许一个微笑，就可以让我高兴很久，很久。我的傻，就造成了世界给我的最大的伤害。
我，思想矛盾的人类。总是在冲动与冷静中找到一个平衡点。也许我太小，不能支付起这个责任，所以才会使整个人，永远处于互相矛盾的境地。以前我一直天真的以为，我，一定成为一个伟人，就是因为，我有一个与常人不同的矛盾的性格。可是，到现在才发现，这是一个本质上的错误。
我，就是由于这种不同常人的矛盾，使朋友逐渐减少，真心对我的人不多;就是由于这种矛盾的性格，使父母的心越来越凉;就是由于这种矛盾的性格，使常人很难接近我。我永远都是一个带着坚硬外壳的贝壳。内心的确是软弱的，但是表面是不可侵犯的，不可受到伤害的。我总会让我身边的人很累。但我却经常是怪别人，总是对我不讲义气。但是我不知道其实，我才是伤害他们的最大的元凶。
虽然我的生命还有很长的曲子没有谱写，但是我想大概这就是曲风了，总是一种时而激情万丈，时而低沉不语的。我知道为什么，因为我的性格白昼分化很严重。我的生命永远追求着一种胜利，哪怕是花1个小时换来的1秒钟的胜利。
我也愿意，我喜欢别人服从于我。这种感觉，是说不出来的自豪。也许就是从这种胜利，我才能得道我最想得到的一种东西满足感。
我在心灵得不到的满足，我只能通过胜利、成功来宣泄。总是有一副强硬的外表在脸上，我不服输，即使输了，也要让对手无地自容。也许这就是我的人生，虽然平淡，但是内心是激烈的。这种激烈不是沁在喜悦中的，而是沁在痛苦当中的。
一段人生，一段悲剧，一只忧伤的曲。

Today i am very glad to be here to share with you my ideas of success. what is success? it is what everyone is longing times success would be rather simple. winning a game is success; getting a high grade in the exam is success; making a new friend is success; even now i am standing here giving my speech is somehow also success.
however, as a person’s whole life is concerned, success becomes very complicated. is fortune success? is fame success? is high social status success? no, i don’t think so. i believe success is the realization of people’s hopes and days, in the modern society there are many peoplewho are regarded as the successful. and the most obvious characteristics of hem are money, high position and luxurious life. so most people believe that s success and all that they do is for this purpose. but the problem is wether it is real success. we all know there are always more money, higher position and better condition in front of us. if we keep chasing them, where is the end? what will satisfy us at last? therefore, we can see, to get the real success we must need something inside, which is the realization ofpeople’ hopes and ideals.
different people have different ideas about success; cause people’s hopes and ideas vary from one another. but i am sure every success is dear to everybody, cause it is not easy to come by, cause in the process of our striving for success, we got both our body and soul tempted, meanwhile we are enlightened by the most valuable qualities of human beings: love, patient, courage and sense of responsibility. these are the best treasures. so now i am very proud that i have this opportunity to stand here speaking to all of you. it is my success, cause i raise up to challenge my hope.
what is success? everyone has his own interpretation as i do. but i am sure every success leads to an ever-brighter future. so ladies and gentlemen, believe in our hopes, believe in ourselves, we, every one of us, can make a successful life!
I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed-we hold theses truths to be self-oevident, that all men are created equal. i have a dream that one day on the red hills of georgia, sons of former slaves and sons of former slave owners will be able to sit together at the table of brotherhood. i have a dream my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character. i have a dream today! when we allow freedom to ring, when we let it ring from every village and hamlet, from every state and city, we will be able to speed up that day when all of god’s children-black men and white men , jews and gentiles, catholics and protestants-will be able to join hands and to sing in the words of the old negro spiritual, “free at least ,free at last . thank god almighty, we are free at last.”

我不是神，不能左右别人，也不能让我疼爱的人幸福;我不是石头，更不能让自己的心不去痛，我更不能控制自己的情绪，不能去控制住我的感情!半夜里躲在被窝里我还是会哭，我有时不能笑着面对所有人，就是心中的事我总是放不下!我曾经试着说服自己，慢慢放下，慢慢的去承受!可是总会触景生情，触的是景，伤的是人，痛的是心!突然发现性格真的有变化，时不时的会和身边的人开个玩笑，就连我妈也不除外，也不想再去避讳太多，也发现心态没有以前那么的好强，也学着随遇而安，也懂的了万事强求不来，是你的终究是你的，无论对人对物都变的有些平淡，时间可以改变很多，生活的无奈也随着你的看轻而变淡。曾经的一段时光，也许记录了很多事情，很多梦想，很多遗憾;现在的生活，无论你是否称心如意，你都必须接受，因为这就是人生!

放学，走路回家。走过母校，来到这承载着我6年学习时光、6年欢声笑语的地方，我不觉放慢了步伐，是啊!这个地方曾经多么和谐，多么亲切!深思…沉默…多少酸甜苦辣的往事在这里酝酿—发生—结束，到了现在，是来回味。我不禁放松了初二的紧张生活、学习，仔细去观赏这六年来不曾认真观察过的母校，这里的每一点每一滴都可以让我回味一阵子。儿时在校园内的快乐生活、同学，还有那被老师批评的“苦”日子。深思…沉默…有那么一个小不丁的个子和一说就委屈得哭的小男孩，现在的坚强、努力学习的男子汉;也许是小时侯的无知，老师的批评被当作是对自己的伤害;现在，上了中学，才发现老师的话是多么的有益，而此时梦已远去。
回家，一路走来。踏过熟悉得不能再熟悉的街道，以前的同学游玩、打闹的街道。现在却那么陌生，无法像从前那样和同学嬉戏、开玩笑。深思…沉默…走着走着，街道上仿佛又出现了童年时候和伙伴一起在街道上追逐、嬉戏、打闹的场景，迷蒙中走来一个高大的身躯，那背影好熟悉…好熟悉…“何老师!”“噢!你是……”“您的学生，以前95班的。”“是你呀!呦…长这么大拉，还闹不闹啊?学习怎么样?”“还可以，老师。现在不闹了!呵呵……”“回家啊，早点回去，别让父母担心啊!”“诶!好，老师再见!”“再见!”走了之后，心中涌起一股莫名的感动，热腾腾的!深思…沉默…回到了家，难忘以前的生活、同学、老师，默默为他们祝福!
深思…沉默…没有珍惜的六年时光，被放弃了;现在的三年时光，好好珍惜吧!

Honorable judges, ladies and gentlemen,
Good evening. It’s my great pleasure to stand here to present my speech. What I am going to talk about today is the road to success.
There is no doubt that everyone wants to achieve success. Me either. But what is success and how can we succeed? In my opinion, success is just like climbing mountains. If you want to reach the top of the mountain, you have to keep climbing up step by step and overcome all the difficulties during the way. There is no easy way to climb up without paying. Likewise, there is no elevator to success, you have to take stairs.
I’m sure you guys have all tried doing a lot of new things. Whether it’s learning a new instrument , or learning a new language. You know , everyone who tells you that the stuff is easy that you can do it overnight is clearly wrong. Everything that is worth doing is pretty hard. I mean, you guys know that firsthand from your experience. In order to master piano, you have to practice scales everyday to strengthen your fingers no matter how boring it is; to learn a foreign language well, you have to start with the very basics and learn step by step. All these achievements, you know, it’s not about a single moment of inspiration or brilliance, it’s about years and years of hard work and practice. When it comes to success, there are no shortcuts.
To clarify my view, I would like to give an example. Michael Jordan, the basketball superstar, it's easy for you to see his achievements. However, what you don’t see is the price of blood and sweat that he has paid on the court in order to come out on top. If you think that he was born to play basketball and is destined to succeed, I’d like to say that you couldn’t be more wrong. Do you know the story that Jordan was cut from his high school basketball team because of his height? Instead of giving up,he trained harder and made more effort to shoot on court. Finally, he succeeded and became a popular basketball player. To Jordan,it’s not about a single moment of inspiration or brilliance, it’s about years and years of hard work and practice.
At last I would like to share a famous saying with all of you, that is: no pains, no gains. I just want you to know that success doesn’t come easily ,anything that’s really awesome takes a lot of work. But I firmly believe that as long as we make daily effort and unremitting endeavor, everyone in this room will achieve your goals and fulfill your dream.

梦想，对于我们来说是一个多么熟悉的词汇，谁的青春能没有梦想呢?记得王力宏有有这样一句歌词“每个人都拥有一个梦，即使彼此不相同”，由此可以看来，无论是谁，都有做梦与筑梦的权力。
20xx年11月29日，在参观国家博物馆“复兴之路”时提出了一个美丽的梦想——实现中华复兴的中国梦。说道：中国梦看似很大很大，其实它很小很小，就在我们的身边，我们亿万中国人民的小梦汇聚在一起就组成了中华复兴的大梦。的一番话瞬间激起了千层浪，唤醒了人们心中那一份份对梦想的执着追求。在这个美丽季节里，中国梦如堂前燕，飞入了千千万万寻常百姓家，也飞入了我这个虽普通、平凡，但却不甘平庸的大学生心中。
来到南译的两年，我始终怀揣着这样一个梦想——“做最优秀的自己”。带着这样一个梦想，我努力着，两年里，我的生活充斥着学业压力、部门工作以及周末兼职，忙碌而充实。这是一个筑梦的过程，路上遇有很多的荆棘，但我都以决不放弃的心态将他们一一铲除。我的个性就像弹簧，外界的压力越大，我的激情就越高，反弹力就越大。收获总是青睐于那些勤奋刻苦、踏实肯干的人的，我从当初的稚嫩到现在的逐步成熟，就是不断勇于尝试、不断筑梦的过程。
年轻是搏击风浪的船，昂扬、潇洒，学习则是船的动力。作为年青一代的我们，应抓紧时间，持之以恒，努力学习，扬帆起航。孔子说：博学而笃志，切问而近思，仁在其中矣。今天的我们，应谨记他的话，放飞自己的青春，用勤劳的汗水铺就未来的成功之路，努力去筑梦。
