What I usually do to relax after school is jogging and seeing movies. Usually I don't spare time for exercise, but I value the physical education class at school. Jogging several rounds in the field certainly relieves the day's pressure. On weekends, I'll catch the morning movie for my visual enjoyment. I feel revived and energetic for another week's work-load.

世上唯有孝顺不能等待，趁父母还健在。
在我成长的二十个年头中，父母一直担当着配角，整天忙碌的身影，都是在围着我转。而我，却当做应该的。爱的教育洗礼着我的心灵，让我逐渐明白有爱的日子里犹如面朝大海，春暖花开。现在我用文字记录我和父母的点滴故事，以此来回忆那些逐渐逝去的爱的温暖。
父母年近五十岁了，生活中有时难免磕磕碰碰，但始终相濡以沫，父母渐渐苍老的容颜，记载着他们走过的漫长而艰辛的岁月。有他们的日子里我会非常满足，而且充实。
母亲刚上完初中，因姥爷供不起学费，没有参加中考，便到地里务农。在街坊邻居眼里，母亲就是个女强人，上有老，下有小，和男人一样的劳作，还要照顾我和妹妹，但她一直是任劳任怨。父母结婚时只有三间房，连院墙都没有，现在这么多房子都是他们白手起家盖起来的。
记得小时候，爷爷虽然和我们住在一个胡同，但是在胡同的尽头，也有上百米的距离。晚上去爷爷家，母亲总是忘不了为我照路。她拿着手电筒站在门口，我顺着她照的光束往前走。我越走越远，灯光越来越暗，走到尽头时，却看到灯光依然在那里晃动，就大喊：“妈，回去吧!”隐约听到她的回声：“唉，慢着点。”我不知道过了多久，那灯光才渐渐的消失，但我知道，在光束那头，母亲一直在看着我。我也知道，我一辈子都走不出她爱的视线，母亲一直在背后支持和关注着我。
母亲前几年得了风湿病，阴天下雨行动十分不便，还要接送妹妹上下学，但每逢周日傍晚进城上学，告诉她别送了，可走到村头，一回头，她就跟在后头。黄昏里，母亲矮小的身躯被拉得很长很长，面容苍老的她正努力向我挥手，顿时我泪如雨下。
上中学后，我隔两周才回家一趟，晚上母亲就坐在我床边，东家长西家短的说得津津有味，最后没有话说了，就呆呆的坐在那看着我，怕我失去似的。我就说，妈你回去睡吧。她这才慢慢离开，可一会儿又回来了，说看看还有没有替换的衣服，然后又坐在床边。我知道她平时很挂念我，我也很挂念她，也许让母亲多看几眼，就已经很满足了。
母亲和父亲的相遇很是偶然。在农村就有：女大三抱金砖的说法。就这样在我们传统的李家新生开来，父亲和母亲就这样相遇了。
父亲年轻时学习优异，可上到初二，就被爷爷从学校里拽了出来，干起了杂活。从那以后，父亲远离了他的梦想，开始了平平淡淡的生活。我挺佩服父亲的，他每个行当都涉猎过，三百六十行，他几乎干了个遍。也许和他从事的这些行当有关，父亲的脾气性格和爷爷一样，爱帮人，不求人。在我成长的过程中断断续续的受到过父亲耐人寻味的教导，这对我以后的生活和学习中打下了坚实的基础。
小时候我很淘气，父亲就严厉地教训我，有时候我不服气，顶上几句，他就更凶了，随手摸个东西就要打我。
每次学校开家长会，父亲从不迟到，而且总是最后一个离开。去前他找出来那件最干净的衣服穿上，怕给儿子丢人。开家长会时，父亲就坐在最后一排，像个学生一样认真听班主任讲话，还不时的还拿笔记着什么。看着父亲因劳作而布满裂纹的手拿笔写字的笨拙姿势，回想起父亲为我的付出，鼻子一酸，不争气的眼泪就在眼眶打起转来。
父亲的教子理念很简单：棍棒底下出孝子。他还经常教育我：做一个男子汉，要站的直、行得正，拿得起、放得下，想得透、看得开。我也不知道他是从哪里学来的这些话，或许这也是父亲为人处世的态度吧!在做人方面我也很佩服父亲，包括爷爷，我们李家在村里的声望都是很受人尊敬的，这对我也产生了很大的影响。
白云从不向天空承诺去留，却朝夕相伴;星星从不向夜幕许诺光明，却努力闪烁。我从不向父母倾诉思念，却永远怀着牵挂。
我本想获得一滴水，你们却给了我整个海洋;我本想采撷一片树叶，你们却给了我整个森林;我本想获得一缕春风，你们却给了我整个春天。

大家好!我是来自*班的，今天我演讲的题目是《最美的眼神》。
最美的眼神是什么样的呢?什么样的人才有美丽的眼神呢?我从小就一直在寻找这两个问题的答案，直到后来，我渐渐的明白了……
在我小的时候，父母都很忙，没有时间来陪我，因此我总没有安全感。在我成为一名真正的小学生时，胆小怕事依然困惑着我。我记得妈妈总是着急地说我懦弱，可那时的我根本就不知道什么是懦弱。在学校里，我没有朋友，下了课也只有我一个人坐在座位上看书;课堂上，我总是安静的听老师讲课，从来都不敢大胆的举手发言，我曾多少次暗下决心要改变我自己，可是每当机会来临时，我总是缺少勇气与自信，我知道我可以，可我就是没有胆量把手高高地举起来。
老师好像发现了这一点，在一节课堂上老师叫起我回答问题。我从座位上站起来，像做了错事一样，低着头，我的脸红得发烫，心也跳得很快，双手冰凉冰凉的，腿也微微发颤，我一个字也说不出来，可眼泪却快要流出来了。老师并没有批评我，而是给予我鼓励的眼神，让我坐了下来。
课后，老师经常鼓励我，告诉我一定要有自信，要相信自己能够做好，上课要积极的举手回答问题，试试就能成，争争就能赢。老师的眼神中流露出了鼓励和肯定，我看着老师的眼神，突然觉得那眼神真的好美好美，我也会认真地看着老师的眼睛，点点头。
从那以后，每当我遇到困难和挫折的时候，那个美丽的眼神总是在鼓励着我。从小学到初中，我对自己充满了自信，我相信我能行，那个眼神给了我力量，给了我前进的动力，让我有勇气面对一切，让我有勇气站在这里。

每一条小路都有它的起点;每一条江河都有它的源泉;每一座大厦都有它的根基;每一个人，都曾有恩师相伴!感动你我那真情，是老师的传道、授业，是老师的教诲、叮咛;是老师的批评、怒斥，是老师的呵护、引领。
教师一生默默奉献，不求回报，换来的是知识的传承和道德的延续!

此时，人山人海的马路上已经是喧闹声，车子的鸣喇叭声交织成了一片，大家的脸上几乎都写满了焦虑感!
而此刻，一声洪亮的“大家先安静一会儿”弹指间划破了大家的耳畔，是他，是一名学校的门卫，他做了会儿手势，希望大家听他说些什么。
只见他拿起手中的喇叭大声说：“大家听我指挥，我知道大家想快快到家，可是这样乱哄哄一气是不行的，反而会拖延大家共同的时间。”我心里琢磨着：“这可真是一位有礼仪的门卫，是一位活雷锋呀!”
他在倾盆的大雨中有条不紊地指挥着，大家脸上的眉毛舒展开来了，他的讲礼仪的精神像无形中的暖流在雨夜中感动了无数人的心灵!于是，大家自觉地听从他的指挥，井然有序地回家，再没有刚才乱糟糟的气氛了!
那一刻，我懂了，是一种礼仪的精神品质从门卫身上折射出来，这是一种精神，这是一种美德!
讲礼仪，易如反掌，人人都可以随时随地做到!那就像门卫学习，去让讲礼仪这种小小的举动感动全社会的人吧……

记得有一次，妈妈看电视时，一位同事打电话让妈妈出去办事，妈妈一忙，临走前就看过的电视机就一直没关。我回家后发现电视没有关，我刚开始不以为然，可是爸爸、老师所倡导的低碳生活不就可以在这里体现出来了吗?于是我立刻走过去所电视机和机顶盒关上了。妈妈回家后，我对她滔滔不绝地讲了一通低碳知识，我现在还记忆犹新。
我的低碳生活不仅体现在节约电上，节约纺织品也是我的低碳生活中的一部分。今年冬季的一天，妈妈递给我一个大包裹，上面写着“新疆”两个字，我猜想是大姨邮来的好吃的，我费力地打开它，发现里面有很多衣物，我不以为然。妈妈这一次摇身一变变成了我的老师，妈妈语重心长地对我说：“这些都是哥哥的衣服，你现在正好可以穿，如果再买的话岂不是又要花钱又要多用纺织品，这样一来，不是为国家节约了水、电、丝、棉等物品资源吗?你不是说你要低碳生活吗?你必须要从生活中的点点滴滴中去做起，那才是低碳生活!”妈妈的一番话让我自惭形秽。于是，我高兴地打开包裹，拿起一件红色的棉衣穿在身上，感到又开心又暖和，一种快乐感油然而生。因为这是低碳的衣服，它对我来说又合身，又是我低碳生活中的很大体现。我可永远忘不了它。
最让我难以忘却的一件有关低碳生活的事，就是那次我和妈妈爬楼梯和乘电梯的比赛了。一天，我和妈妈一起到姥姥家，妈妈兴高采烈地说：“姥姥家有电梯，咱俩从电梯上去!”妈妈的神情好像是一个第一次坐电梯的孩子一样非常兴奋，而我则认真地对妈妈说：“妈妈，我们走楼梯上去吧，你也没带什么东西。要不我走楼梯，你坐电梯，但不管谁快，我都比你低碳。”妈妈同意了。我三步并作两步跑，一会儿就到了姥姥家门口，而妈妈这位坐电梯的竟然还上来。不大一会儿，妈妈一脸轻松地上楼了。这时我又像一位老师，又把妈妈教育了一番“走楼梯看来比坐电梯就是低碳，还可以锻炼身体，这真是意外的收获，你以后也得走楼梯，又节约电又可以锻炼身体，甚至还可以给你减一减肥呢。”。
我的低碳生活不仅仅体现在这几点上，像“废品回收”“变废为宝”之类的活动我都会参加，我以后还要致力于低碳生活，因为低碳生活节省了我家的生活开支，又十分有利于我们全家人的身心健康。
