时光飞逝，眨眼间，我美好的初一已悄悄从笔尖流过。
在初一的学习时光里，我笑过，哭过，那些偶尔失败时流下的眼泪，则化成了如今宝贵的学习经验。
曾记否，多少夜晚挑灯夜读，笔尖在洁白的草稿纸上轻而快地跳着芭蕾舞，数字和公式布满了我的脑海，而考试的结果却并不令人满意。于是带着哭腔，缓缓推开老师办公室那扇半掩着的门
老师说，学习就像是农民伯伯培育蔬果，我们需要用耐心和勤劳作为培育基础，用方法作肥料，这样才能让学习的树儿茁壮成长，开花结果。于是我遵循了老师的教诲，每次完成作业后，每次考试结束后，都将打到我的一个个难题集中在错题本上。如复一日，我每天都与错题难题较量一阵;日积月累，曾把我打倒的难题终于按捺不住了倒下，就这样劈波斩浪，我的那棵学习树的枝干不断向四周延伸。
我的那棵学习树对仅有的肥料并不满足，于是我捧起了名着，捧起了古诗文;于是我打开了英汉大字典，开始了新的征途。
就这样我在学习的旅途中不停跋涉，给我的学习树不停的浇水施肥，我坚信，终究有一天，它可以开花结果!

我相信在座的很多朋友都看过 “于丹《庄子》心得”这个节目，其中有个故事让我很受启发，说的是，惠子啊，有一天去见庄子，说我家有一个大葫芦，有五石之大。要是把它一劈两半，当瓢去盛水的话，这个葫芦皮太薄，往上一举它就碎了。反正用它盛什么东西都不行，这葫芦大得没什么用处。庄子告诉他说，你怎么就认为它非要劈开当瓢使呢?如果它是一个完整的大葫芦，你为什么不把它系在腰间，用它当做游泳圈呢?你可以去浮游于江海啊，带着一个大葫芦自由自在的去漂泊!这个故事启发我们，在现实生活中，境界的大小决定了对事物的判断，也可以完全改变一个人的命运，我们要站在大境界上，懂得换一个角度去思考问题，想想我们待人接物的方式是否可以改变，想想我们的工作方法是否能够改进，想想我们所掌握的技能是否还可能再提高。朋友们，一个人要想成功，首先要有创新的意识，只要你拥有创新的梦想和激情，成功之门就始终为你敞开着，生命一定会更加精彩!
《亚洲华尔街日报》总编曾这样描述马云他们创业初期的工作环境，“没日没夜地工作，地上有一个睡袋，谁累了就钻进去睡一会儿。”但是，崇尚武侠精神的马云具有非凡的勇气和毅力，用他手中的利剑披荆斩棘，开辟出了一条通过成功之巅的康庄大道，最终笑傲江湖，成为一位“绝世高手”，抒写了商界的一段神话!每个人都想让自己的生命更加精彩，却常常陷入困境和迷茫，但只要拥有激情和梦想，坚持不懈的创新，总有一扇门为你打开着——那就是成功之门!

I learnt a lot there. I‘d like to share it with all of you. Let‘s show our right palms. We can see three lines that show how our er and life is. I have a short line of life. What about yours? I wondered whether we could see our future in this way. Well let‘s make a fist. where is our future? where is our love career and life? Tell it is in our hands. It is held in ourselves.
We all want the future to be better than the past. But the future can go better itself. Don‘t cry because it is over smile because it happened. From the past we‘ve learnt that the life is tough but we are tougher. We‘ve learnt that we can‘t choose how we feel but we can choose what
about it. Failure doesn‘t mean you don‘t have it it does mean you should do it in a different way. Failure doesn‘t mean you should give up it does mean you must try harder.
As what I said at the beginning “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book whose pages are infinite”. The past has gone. Nothing we do will change it.
