一般不需要太多，关键要突出重点。上述的1-3项内容最多只能写2页a4纸，一般要打印出来，字体为五号或小四号。简历有没有封面没有关系，很多hr并不希望有封面和塑封的简历，看起来要抽出其中的简历比较费时间。

谈谈hr不希望看到的几种简历，以便在写简历避免：

1、空洞、缺乏事实和数字支持的简历。如写了很多长处，做事认真，能吃苦耐劳，具有团队精神、创新精神，适应能力强，沟通能力强……等等。这些空洞的词句hr是比较反感的。与其写这些，还不如写你做过什么学生工作，组织了什么活动，取得了什么成绩，兼职销售过多少产品、拿过什么奖学金等一些事实和数据。

2、花了很多笔墨介绍学校、专业，列出专业课而没有成绩，很少写到个人。这样的简历只适合从来没有照过大学生的单位。对于绝大多数企业hr，他们关心的是应聘者你个人的特点和能力。
